The Curlew, which opened in September 2009 is a Michelin-starred British bistro serving fine food imaginatively in an informal setting. The Curlew is dedicated to using local, seasonal produce and has already reached the final of the Sussex Food & Drink Awards in the 'Best Eating Experience' category, Head Chef was named a Tatler Magazine Rising Star and has had The Times, The Observer and The Spectator applauding The Curlew's wares.
